DG RFP – REMINDER: Bid Submission Training TODAY!

Please have on hand your “Invitation to Training Session” included with your Part 1 Notification, which includes the time assigned to you by the Procurement Administrator for the training scheduled for TODAY, Wednesday, October 11, 2017. During the session, you will be able to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the October 13, 2017 Bid Date.

Please also have on hand the Bid Submission Guide, your Bid Form, and Confidential Information for Bidder Training.  These materials were provided to you with your Part 1 Notification.

The schedule generally is as follows:

11:00 – 1:00 CPT At the time assigned to you by the Procurement Administrator in your “Invitation to Training Session” included with your Part 1 Notification, the Procurement Administrator reviews with you the process for completion and optional encryption of the Bid Form.  The Procurement Administrator is available to answer your questions.
1:00 – 2:00 CPT You submit your Bid Form through the secure file transfer interface.  The Procurement Administrator assists with the electronic transfer process as needed. Once submitted, you phone the Procurement Administrator to confirm receipt of your Bid Form.
2:00 – 3:00 CPT The Procurement Administrator provides to you the assessment of your Bid Form.  You may cure any deficiencies in your Bid Form and re-submit the Bid Form.  You may also use this time to submit your Bid Form by the backup method.

Please contact the Procurement Administrator if you are missing any of the materials for the training session or if you are not able to participate.
