A training session for the Spring 2018 New Solar Request for Proposals (“New Solar RFP”) is scheduled for TODAY, Monday, March 12, 2018 from 12PM (noon) to 4:30PM Central Prevailing Time.
During the session, you will be able to ask questions about the Bid Form and you will be able to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the Bid Date. Please have on hand your Bid Form, your Confidential Information for Bidder Training, and the Bid Form Guide. These documents were provided to you with your Part 1 Notification on February 27, 2018.
Please note that the Procurement Administrator is deploying a NEW secure file interface. All Bidders, including those with experience participating in a prior procurement event, are encouraged to take part in this training session.
