The deadline for submission of Part 1 Proposals is 12 PM (noon) CPT on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. With the Part 1 Proposal, Bidders who have not yet participated in a prior 2019 procurement event must also pay a Bid Participation Fee. Instructions for paying the Bid Participation Fee are attached to this message.
The Part 1 Proposal submission process is entirely online. Do you have your login credentials so that you can submit your Proposals? If you need your login credentials re-issued, or if you have not received credentials for the number of accounts you need, please reply to this message with the number of accounts you require.
