Utility-Scale Wind RFP – POSTING: Bidder Information Webcast Materials and Inserts; Register for an Account to Access the Online Qualification Form

The Procurement Administrator has posted the presentation slides and audio recording of the bidder information webcast held on January 20, 2021 to the Final Materials page of the Utility-Scale Wind section of the procurement website. Additionally, the Inserts required with the Part 1 and Part 2 Proposals have been posted under the “FINAL Winter 2021 Utility-Scale Wind RFP Documents” heading on this page.

The qualification process for the Utility-Scale Wind RFP is entirely online. To obtain login credentials to access the online forms and submit your Proposal(s), please register for an account by completing the form here. Select the “Utility-Scale Wind” category. Please include your name, phone number, company name, email address, and the number of projects for which you are requesting an account.  Alternatively, you may email this information to The online Part 1 Form will be available starting on February 3, and Part 1 Proposals are due by 12 PM (noon) CPT on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
