Part 2 Proposals (except: (i) Pre-Bid Letters of Credit and Bids for AIC Capacity Products; and (ii) Bids for Energy Products) are due on March 30, 2021 by 12 PM (noon) CPT. The Pre-Bid Letters of Credit for AIC Capacity Products are due by 12 PM (noon) on April 1, 2021.
You can access the online Part 2 Form using the same login credentials provided to access the online Part 1 Form. Please follow the instructions provided to you for submitting the Pre-Bid Letters of Credit to the Companies for the procurement events in which you are participating. These instructions were provided by email on March 12, 2021 and also included in the Part 1 Notification sent March 18, 2021. The final lists of acceptable modifications for the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for each procurement event is posted to the Final Materials page of the Block Energy and Capacity section of the procurement website.
Also, please note that Friday, April 2, 2021 is not considered a business day for purposes of the Spring 2021 Procurement Events.
