The Bid Date for the block energy procurement events under the Block Energy and Capacity Request for Proposals (“BEC RFP”) is Monday, September 13. The Bid Windows are as follows:
- 8:30 AM to 10 AM CPT for Products and Combinations for the 2022-2024 Delivery Years;
- 8:30 AM to 11 AM CPT for Products and Combinations for the 2021-2022 Delivery Year.
The above timeframes apply to both Companies. Please note that if the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for a Company is insufficient to support the Bidder’s Bids for all Delivery Years and the deadline for submission of the 2022-2024 Delivery Years has passed, a Bidder will not be allowed to amend its Bids for the 2022-2024 Delivery Years.
To submit your Bids, you must have on hand the following documents sent to you by the Procurement Administrator:
- Your Bid Forms; and
- Your confidential information for the Bid Date (light purple background).
