Under the Supplement RFP, any Bidder can request training, which will be scheduled at the Procurement Administrator’s discretion. The objective of training is for Bidders to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the Bid Date. During training, members of the Procurement Administrator team will be on hand to answer your questions regarding the completion of the Bid Form. Bidder training is done via the Procurement Administrator’s Secure Bid Transfer interface and is not conducted via a webcast.
If you have not done so already, please reply to this email to either:
- Request training and confirm your availability to practice the bid submission procedure between 1PM and 3PM (CPT) on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. If you would like to schedule an alternative time for a training session with the Procurement Administrator please reply with suggested timeframes; OR
- Confirm with the Procurement Administrator that you are declining the opportunity to practice the bid submission procedure prior to the Bid Date.
Please reply by 3 PM CPT TOMORROW, May 10, 2022 with your availability if you are interested in a training session.
