The Bid Date for the Supplemental Procurement Events for block energy products is Monday, May 16, 2022. The Bid Window is from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM CPT.
To submit your Bids, you must have on hand the following documents distributed to you by the Procurement Administrator:
- Your Bid Form; and
- Your confidential information for the Bid Date (light purple background).
If you are missing either of these files, please contact the Procurement Administrator by email at Illinois-RFP@nera.com IMMEDIATELY.
There are two ways to contact the Procurement Administrator if you are experiencing technical difficulties on the Bid Date. Please do not delay in contacting the Procurement Administrator by email at Illinois-RFP@nera.com or by text at 610-662-3407.
Notification of Bids Identified as Winning Bids. As stated in Paragraph VI.1.4 of the Supplemental Rules posted on April 29, 2022, the Procurement Administrator will notify each Bidder that submitted Bids, by 4 PM CPT on the Bid Date, which of the Bidder’s Bids, if any, will be identified as winning Bids to the ICC. The Procurement Administrator will provide notification by phone with written confirmation to follow.
