The Illinois Power Agency has developed and released a virtual form for the submission of Minimum Equity Standard Compliance Plans by utility-scale renewable developers. Winning bidders from the Agency’s Fall 2022 Indexed REC procurement are required to submit MES Compliance Plans on or by June 1, 2023, describing how they plan to meet the Minimum Equity Standard for the 2023-2024 delivery year. Any amendments or revisions to MES Compliance Plans are due no later than July 15, 2023.
