BEC RFP – POSTING: Revised RFP Rules
On July 28, 2026, the Procurement Administrator posted revised RFP Rules for the Fall 2026 BEC RFP, which corrects the provisional number of blocks available for given Combinations in Section I.2.5. The updated RFP Rules as well as the errata with the redline of the corrections are posted under the Fall 2026 Block Energy and Capacity RFP heading on the Final Materials page of the Block Energy and Capacity section of the procurement website. Final Targets will be posted to the Final Materials page of the Block Energy and Capacity section of the procurement website by August 24, 2026.
