Bid Assurance Collateral for AIC Capacity Products is due by 12 PM (noon) CPT on Friday, May 8, 2026. Bidders have the option to submit cash or a Pre-Bid Letter of Credit to meet the bid assurance collateral requirements for AIC Capacity Products. Please follow the instructions provided to you for submitting bid assurance collateral for the procurement event. These instructions were provided by email on March 19, 2026.

The final list of acceptable modifications for the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for AIC Capacity Products is posted to the Final Materials page of the Block Energy and Capacity section of the procurement website. NEW! A Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for AIC executed for the Spring 2026 BEC RFP may serve as Bid Assurance Collateral for the Fall 2026 BEC RFP by incorporating an acceptable modification to Paragraph 1 that extends the Expiration Date of the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit. Please refer to FAQ-BEC-18 for additional information.
