The Bid Date for the AIC Capacity procurement event under the Spring 2026 Block Energy and Capacity Request for Proposals (“BEC RFP”) is TOMORROW, Friday, May 15. The Bid Window is from 10 AM to 12 PM (noon) CPT.

• Please submit your Bid Form as early as possible in the Bid Window so that you have an opportunity to revise your Bid Form in the event we find a deficiency.
• As a reminder, if you are bidding for Financially-Settled ZRCs you must bid for at least four (4) ZRCs at each price point for a Season.  If you are bidding for MISO-Delivered ZRCs you must bid for at least four (4) ZRCs at each price point for a Season and for a Source Zone. There is no minimum quantity requirement for a Bid for a Combination.

To submit your Bids, you must have on hand the following documents distributed to you by the Procurement Administrator:

• Your Bid Form; and
• Your confidential information for the Bid Date (light green background).

If you are missing either of these documents, please contact the Procurement Administrator by email at Illinois-RFP@nera.com IMMEDIATELY.
