The Fall 2023 Block Energy and Capacity Request for Proposals (“BEC RFP”) consists of the procurement of: (i) monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products as well as combinations for Ameren Illinois Company (“AIC”) and Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) for the period October 1, 2023 to May 31, 2026; and (ii) capacity for AIC for the periods June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 and June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

A bidder information webcast will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM Central and is open to all prospective bidders. The Procurement Administrator will provide an overview of the RFP Process and Rules including qualification requirements. Time is scheduled for questions.
