The Procurement Administrator is currently investigating this issue and a follow-up email will be sent to website registrants as soon as the technical issues have been resolved.

Due to these technical issues, the deadline for submission of the Part 1 Proposal, including submission of the Bid Participation Fee, has been extended to 12 PM (noon) CPT on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
