On August 4, 2023, the Procurement Administrator posted to the procurement website the Draft Preliminary Proposal Requirements and a Draft Term Sheet for the Fall 2023 Indexed REC RFP.  These documents provide an overview of the proposal submission process, draft requirements to qualify a Project under the RFP, and key contract elements.

A stakeholder comment process on the Draft Preliminary Proposal Requirements and Draft REC Contract is scheduled to kick off on August 18, 2023. The Procurement Administrator will post the Draft REC Contract along with an invitation to comment by August 18, 2023. Comments on the documents are due by September 8, 2023.
