As described in Section 6.4 of the Indexed REC Contract, the Seller is required to file a Minimum Equity Standard (“MES”) Compliance Plan with the Illinois Power Agency (“IPA”) on or by June 1, 2023. The MES Compliance Plan should demonstrate how the Seller will achieve compliance with the MES in the 2023-2024 delivery year. Any amendments or revisions to a MES Compliance Plan are due no later than July 15, 2023.
