The Procurement Administrator has invited interested parties to submit their comments on the Draft (AIC) Capacity Agreement. For the Fall 2016 Standard Products RFP (“STP RFP”), the Procurement Administrator is not soliciting comments on the contracts for energy products for Ameren Illinois Company (“AIC”), Commonwealth Edison Company, and MidAmerican Energy Company.  The deadline to provide comments is 6 PM CPT on August 16, 2016.
