BEC-25: Does a bidder need to submit an indicative quantity in the Part 2 Form, indicating the number of blocks they intend to bid across all segments and months for a Company?

Beginning with this Fall 2021 BEC bidders do not provide the number of blocks they intend to bid for across all segments and months for a Company by expressing an indicative quantity in the Part 2 Form. The number of blocks a bidder is eligible to bid for across all segments and months for a Company is determined by the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for a Company.

The bidder must calculate the amount required for the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for a Company, which is the greater of $5,000 times the number of blocks that a bidder intends to bid across all segments and months or $250,000.

The Procurement Administrator will include in a notice to bidders the number of blocks a bidder’s Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for a Company supports.
