STP-10: How can we propose new modifications to the Post-Bid Letter of Credit for AIC, ComEd, and MidAmerican?

A Bidder provides comments or proposes modifications to the Post-Bid Letter of Credit for AIC exclusively by submitting a redline of the standard letter of credit in Microsoft Word format, which can be uploaded to the online Part 1 Form or sent by email to the Procurement Administrator at Illinois-RFP@nera.com. The Post-Bid Letter of Credit for AIC is available in Word format under the heading “Spring 2016 (AIC) Confirmation Agreement” on the Standard Products Section of the procurement website.

The Procurement Administrator will not be soliciting comments on the Post-Bid Letter of Credit for ComEd since there have been no changes to this document since the last procurement event.
