The RFP Rules and all appendices, including the Pre-Bid Letters of Credit, will be posted to the Standard Products Section of the procurement website on August 17, 2016. An announcement will be sent to website registrants when these documents are posted. If you have not already done so, please register for announcements by completing the form on the Register section of the procurement website and selecting all applicable categories. Draft forms of these documents were posted on August 9, 2016.

Instructions for preparing a Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for each of Ameren Illinois Company, Commonwealth Edison Company, and MidAmerican Energy Company are also provided in the RFP Rules. Let us know whether you have specific questions in this regard.
