Article IV of the STP RFP Rules describes the requirements for previously qualified bidders.

#P1-1 is the label for the Representative Insert.   A previously qualified Bidder must update this information as necessary in its online Part 1 Form.  If the individual named as Representative has not changed, a previously qualified Bidder can use the same insert as was provided in the Spring 2016 procurement events under the STP RFP.  The upload of such Insert will be available to the previously qualified Bidder when logged in to the Part 1 Form on the application website.  If the individual named as Representative has changed, the Officer of the Bidder must fully complete a new Representative Insert and the Bidder provides the Representative Insert by email or by upload to the application website.

P1-2 is the label for the Nominee Insert.  Whether previously qualified or not, a Bidder must provide the Nominee Insert if the Representative or the Officer will designate individuals other than the Representative with which the Procurement Administrator communicates.  P1-3 is the label for the AIC Energy Contract Insert.  Whether previously qualified or not, a Bidder must submit the AIC Energy Contract Insert to provide all information needed to prepare the applicable contract.  P1-4 is the label for the AIC P1 Energy Certifications Insert.  Whether previously qualified or not, a Bidder must submit the AIC Energy Certifications Insert to make the certifications required by the STP RFP.
