The entity on whose financial standing the Bidder relies need only be rated by one of S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”), Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”), or Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”), provided that they meet the minimum rating requirements of the supplier contracts. The minimum ratings are “BBB-” from S&P, “Baa3” from Moody’s, and “BBB-” from Fitch. The maximum amount of unsecured credit that could be granted to a party would be based on the party’s credit rating and tangible net worth.
