We cannot consider a prior guaranty that you have used in the context of another transactions as bidders in the IPA procurement events must accept the terms of standard contracts and credit instruments.  Requests for consideration may be made during the comment process on the applicable supplier contracts and credit instruments.  We understand that you subsequently made a submission to this comment process.  We note that each Company allows optional modifications to the form of Guaranty (provided in Schedule 1 to the Form of Guaranty for AIC and MidAmerican).
