STP-36: Where can I find the Contract Delay Insert for a Company?

Should a  Bidder chooses not to provide the information necessary for the preparation of the (AIC) Confirmation Agreement by fully completing the AIC Energy Contract Inset (#P1-3) prepared for this purpose, the Bidder must indicate this in the first item of Section 4 of the Part 1 Form.

After the Bidder submits the Part 1 Form with this indication, the Procurement Administrator will provide to the Bidder the AIC Energy Contract Delay Insert for completion along with a deadline by which the completed insert must be either emailed to the Procurement Administrator at Illinois-rfp@nera.com or uploaded to the Justification of Omissions section of the online Part 1 Form.
