The Part 2 Proposal consists of the completed online Part 2 Form, executed Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for Capacity Products, Bid Form, and all other documents necessary to fulfill the Part 2 Proposal requirements. Your Part 2 Proposal will remain deficient until the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for Capacity Products has been received and deemed acceptable by AIC. The Pre-Bid Letter of Credit for Capacity Products is due by 12 PM (noon) on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
