The Collateral Requirement is posted with each of ComEd and AIC only if a Project has a winning Bid that is approved by the Commission. Such Collateral Requirement under each REC Contract, with ComEd and AIC, is equal to $4 times the annual quantity of RECs, and is subject to a minimum of $20,000.
